The Arab Social Association currently has one hall available for all members to rent for special events. If you are interested in renting the facility, please complete and apply the form at least two weeks before your event. (The application is attached below for download.)

All applications are subject to approval based on the facility availability and ASA’s licensing rules and regulations. ASA reserves the right to deny rental to any member or organization. Rental dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rental Fees:

All inquiries regarding the facility must be directed to ASA Secretary, Mansour Issa, via email at secretary@daytonasa.org

The facility for ASA members costs $300 with a $150 refundable deposit if returned clean.

General Rules:

Decoration:
To decorate the facility for your event, you must obtain prior approval from the ASA board. Additionally, you must take complete responsibility for ensuring that all decorations are removed properly after the event. Scotch tape is strictly prohibited on the facility’s walls. Furthermore, flowers and all décor should be removed on the same day as the event.

Food and Drink:
Alcoholic beverages, pork, or pork-related products are not permitted under any circumstances. None of the food is to be cooked on the premises. The kitchen facility is only to be used for heating of food. Food, beverage, etc. must be removed the same day of the event (leftovers should NOT be left behind, no exceptions).
